We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase (does not apply to digital downloads and custom made lithophane )
following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We can't accept returns and/or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads (See: "3D Modeling")
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Special offers/Sale (See: "Special Offers/Sale")
- 3D Printing (these must be dealt via Treatstock)
Conditions of return and refunds
Buyers are responsible for return
shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the
buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds are usually issued within
3-5 working days after item's return confirmation.
Cancellation after 3 hours from purchase (payment notification time) will result with partial refund, but it depends on stage of order processing and it type. It’s usually 50% (but not greater) or less of item value. This is to cover loss in material, time and additional costs. Postage fees, unless item sent, will be refunded regardless. If we are able to proceed your request within first 3 hours, your cancellation rights will be voided.
Item damaged in transit
If you have received damaged
item, please inform us immediately. We will require photographs with full
description of failure, so we could have enough evidence to support our
complaint to shipping company. We may also request item to be send back, in case if we decide we can fix it, and to proceed with your request, you shall agree to send it back to us at your own expense. As soon as you supply us with required
information and/or evidence, we will produce a replacement. Please be aware that we may ask you to
cover part or whole shipping cost, again, as these cannot be recouped from
See "Shipping" about exceptions.
Items lost in transit are not subject of refund. Please ensure you provide us with
correct shipping details as we cannot accept responsibility for items being
lost or delivered to wrong address.
If your item(s) got lost or delivered to wrong address due to shipping company fault, you must contact them directly to claim compensation.
